Extensive remodelling and refurbishment of Grade 1 Listed building in a conservation area for residential use. Project included below ground extension to swimming pool area to include steam room, sauna room, changing rooms and showers, and plant room with all associated plant and equipment. A gym was also provided at top floor level.
