David is the majority shareholder in Priory Gate, having instigated the purchase of the company from the Withey Group during early 2001. He had been Managing Director of the company for over a year at the time of the purchase, and has overseen the growth from £900k/annum to £4m/annum.

David has over 20 years experience in the construction industry, developed through all levels of management through to Pre-Contract Director at Bowmer & Kirkland. He has a wealth of experience in the retail, leisure, healthcare, education, commercial, industrial and residential markets on a variety of contract types including traditional new build, refurbishment, design and build, fit out, partnering and GMP.

He has been involved with many prestigious Clients including Sainsbury’s, Tesco, Asda, Waitrose, MAFF, the Welcome Foundation, Frogmore Developments, Aldi, Chartwell Land, Sunningdale Golf Club, Odeon Cinemas, Bletchingley Golf Club, SELSSP, Holiday Inn, Grosvenor Casinos, SERFCA and Blueroom Properties.
