Paul has over 30 years experience in the industry in a variety of roles including Senior Buyer, Offshore Resources Manager, Director, Project Manager and Quantity Surveyor.

Specialising in procurement, for many years he provided off site services to the construction industry, both in the UK and Middle East, sourcing materials and subcontractors for commercial and private, large and small scale projects.

As General Manager/Director of Delcon Construction, he became more directly involved in the development of the company, overseeing and undertaking ‘off site’ support services, including estimating, purchasing, design development and quantity surveying. He worked to a large extent with Architects designing bespoke interiors for specialist Clients including art galleries and restaurants.

As Project Manager with the developer Romulus Paul continued and expanded the role of design development, working with in house Architects, whilst managing the construction and financial control of major projects through main contractors.
