Charlie joined Priory Gate in 2003 as a Site Manager.

 

He commenced his career with the London Brick Company as a bricklayer, repairing kilns and undertaking maintenance work.

 

Following experience as a Construction Foreman with the Environment Agency, Charlie joined Galliers Special Projects as a Site Supervisor in 1998, where he was responsible for a Barn Conversion project for Woburn Estates.  He progressed to a Site Manager's position with Water End Properties, where he managed a Barn Conversion project in Stotfold.

 

At Priory Gate, Charlie has been responsible for an extension to the Paediatric Outpatient Department and a new Nuclear Medicine Suite at the Luton & Dunstable Hospital, refurbishment works at Northwood School, the completion of a large scale extension to the Clubhouse at Sunningdale Golf Club and a new build multi purpose hall at Thorngrove School in Newbury.

 

Most recently, he has been Site Manager for two refurbishment projects at Milton Keynes Hospital, a residential extension and refurbishment scheme near Woburn, a school extension project at Twyford CofE School in Acton and a £2m industrial development in Waltham Abbey.  He is currently on site in Acton with responsibility for a £2.5m Centre for Creative Industries at Twyford CofE School.
